What do you do when it snows in Alabama?
You have a sew day!
It was a good time to make warm blankets.
These are made from minky dot fabric.
After doing the embroidery, I sewed them right sides together
turned them and sewed a zig-zag stitch around the edge.
They are heavy and hopefully will be warm.
The embroidery font is 'egg basket' from Jolsons Designs.
I love them! I wouldn't mind another 'snow day' to get some things done myself. The colors of these are beautiful.
